What is n8n and why do you use it?
n8n is an open-source automation platform that connects hundreds of apps through visual workflows. It can run on your own server with no per-execution limits, and lets me add code and AI models where needed.
Can the chatbot get things wrong or make up answers?
I restrict it to answering from a knowledge base specific to your business and define which topics it must not handle. When it’s unsure, or the customer asks, it hands the conversation to a person.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes, reliable WhatsApp automation uses Meta’s official API. I handle the sign-up and setup, including the message templates needed to write outside the 24-hour window.
What does an automation cost per month?
Development is a fixed quote. Afterwards you only pay for n8n hosting (very cheap when self-hosted), AI model usage and, on WhatsApp, the conversations Meta charges for.
Is my data, and my customers’ data, safe?
I can host the workflows on your own server or in the EU, apply least-privilege access and design data handling with GDPR in mind.
